HOW STORMCOVERS ARE MADE
1. Firstly we create a custom pattern for your camper trailer, in some cases if we don't have a suitable pattern then we will request a side view photograph of your camper trailer with the length and height measurements only
2. Once we have created the custom pattern for your StormCover we then cut out the two fabrics used for the cover, the Polyfabric and the soft foam.
3. Each Stormcovers is then hand sewn using UV resistant threads. In the case of a three piece zip on cover we only use the finest quality moulded zippers, which we protect by a dual layer of velcro style hook and loop which is further protected by a UV stable polyester webbing.
4. Finally we quality check every StormCover before dispatch
